The technical cooperation and interchange across various fields has been conducted within Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) framework. In particular, the technical cooperation in agricultural field has been conducted by the Agricultural Technical Cooperation Working Group (ATCWG). This group prioritizes its activities on seven areas and Japan is concerned with three of them as co-shepherd. 
This website shows the Japan's contribution to the APEC ATCWG which is mainly conducted by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) of Japan.
